Signing in to the website and application:

3- Al-Romansiah Co. Ltd. is responsible for protecting customers' data and information. 4- The customer agrees to receive promotional messages and materials from Al-Romansiah Co. Ltd.

Delivery Fees:
The delivery fee for the customer is a minimum of 14 riyals, which may increase depending on the distance
Policy for Modifying or Canceling Orders:
1- Order modifications must be made within the first five minutes of placing the order. After this period, the customer cannot modify the order and must submit a new order, noting in the comments to cancel the first order, or communicate with us via the "Contact Our Team" icon
2- For pickup orders, if the customer does not collect the order within 30 minutes of its readiness, the order will be canceled automatically.
3- If the customer cancels an order paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the wallet or bank account, depending on the customer’s request. The timing of the refund depends on the payment gateway and banking procedures.

Awafi system:
1- The Awafi program by Al-Romansiah Co. Ltd. is a rewards program operated by Al-Romansiah Co. Ltd. As a member, you will receive reward points when you purchase from Al-Romansiah restaurants by showing the mobile number registered in your Awafi account upon purchase.
2- These terms and conditions apply to membership and the earning and redemption of points within the program upon registration in Awafi. You can view the terms and conditions of the Awafi System through the following link: https://alromansiah.com/Common/PointLoyalty.
3- If the customer redeems points on the website or in the application and does not use them within 48 hours of redemption, the points will be deleted without notification, and the customer cannot benefit from them.
4- If the customer cancels an order paid by redeeming Awafi points, the points will be forfeited, and the customer cannot recover or use them again.
5- This does not include Awafi offers, redemption of points for corporate customers, or those with discounts.
Dish Insurance Terms and Conditions:
The insurance is like a pledge; if the customer returns the dishes within fifteen days from the date of receiving the order, they may recover the insurance amount. If this period has passed, the dishes will not be accepted, and the customer will not recover the insurance amount.
Terms and Conditions for a 10% discount on delivery orders using code Dis10:
